We are now looking for a Product Developer to join our development team in Töcksfors. Here, you will be involved in the entire journey from idea to finished product, working closely with production, testing, and colleagues from various technical fields.

About the role

As a Product Developer, you will become part of Flexit’s product development organization and work on the development and further development of ventilation and indoor climate products.

You will participate in the entire development process, from concept and design to prototype, testing, and finished product. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues within mechanics, electronics, automation, production, and technical service.

Examples of tasks:

• Mechanical design and product development of new products
• Further development and improvement of existing solutions
• Design in 3D-CAD
• Creation of prototypes and test solutions
• Testing and verification in a laboratory environment
• Collaboration with production regarding design and assembly
• Dialogue with suppliers regarding components and materials
• Contribute to cost optimization and product improvements

You will work in development projects together with several competencies, where you together create solutions for the indoor climate of the future.

The position is located in Töcksfors.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a strong interest in technology and enjoy developing products in an environment where theory and practice meet. You likely have an engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience and have previously worked with design or product development.

We see that you have experience with and passion for

• Mechanical design
• Work in 3D-CAD
• Technical problem-solving and development work

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Ventilation or heat pump systems
• Product development projects
• Prototype creation and testing

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and curious. You thrive in teams and find it easy to collaborate with different functions in the organization. At the same time, you are self-motivated and take responsibility for your work.
